1.2. When is a return not possible?     A return or exchange is not possible in the following cases:     

- The product has been used or damaged by the Buyer.     

- The product lacks the original packaging or the packaging is damaged.     

- Products that cannot be returned by nature (e.g., personal hygiene products, cosmetics, underwear, and other items not subject to return rights according to legislation).     

- Personalized products or custom-made items.     

2. The Process of Returning and Exchanging Products     The process of returning and exchanging products on the komtek.uz platform is simple and straightforward. By following these steps, you can easily return or exchange a product.     

2.1. Step 1: Submitting a Return or Exchange Request     

- Log into your personal account on the komtek.uz platform.     

- Go to the "My Orders" section and select the order for which you want to submit a return or exchange request.     

- Click the "Request Return" or "Request Exchange" button and fill out the form, providing the reason for the return.     

- Attach photos of the product if required (e.g., if the product has defects or damages).     - Submit the return or exchange request.     

2.2. Step 2: Return Confirmation and Approval     

- After submitting the return request, the Seller will receive a notification and review the return or exchange conditions.     

- If the Seller confirms the return, the Buyer will be provided with instructions for sending the product back.     

- In case of an exchange, the Buyer will receive information on the availability of the product for exchange and possible options for selecting a new product.     

2.3. Step 3: Sending the Product Back     

- The Buyer sends the product back to the address provided by the Seller. It is important to keep proof of shipment (receipt, tracking number).     

- All return shipping costs may be covered by the Seller if the product is defective or does not match the description.     

2.4. Step 4: Product Inspection and Refund     

- After receiving the product, the Seller will inspect it to ensure that it is not damaged and is in its original condition.     

- If the product meets all the requirements, the Seller will approve the refund to the Buyer.     

- The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (bank card, e-wallet, etc.). The time for the refund to be credited depends on the payment system chosen.     In case of an exchange, the Buyer will receive a new product, and the exchange will be accepted within the conditions of any promotions or discounts if applied.     

3. Responsibility of the Parties for Return and Exchange of Products     The return and exchange of products are regulated not only by the platform's terms but also by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is important to understand who is responsible for the product during the return process:     

3.1. Seller's Responsibility     

- The Seller is obligated to accept the product if it does not match the stated characteristics, is damaged, or is defective.     

- The Seller must provide the Buyer with all necessary documents for returning, exchanging, or reimbursing the cost of the product.     

- The Seller is obligated to refund the full cost of the product to the Buyer in case of return if the product does not meet the conditions.     

3.2. Buyer's Responsibility     - The Buyer is obligated to return the product in its proper condition if the product does not match the description or has defects.     

- The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered when submitting the return request, as well as for packaging the product correctly to avoid damage during shipping.     

4. Refunds     Once the product has been inspected and approved for return, the funds will be refunded to the Buyer.     

4.1. How Refunds Are Processed     

- Refunds are processed through the same payment method used to purchase the product.     

- If the product was returned due to a defect or non-compliance, the Seller is obligated to refund the full cost of the product, including shipping costs, if paid by the Buyer.     

- In case of an exchange, no refund is issued if the Buyer agrees to exchange the product for a similar one.     

5. Other Conditions     Return and Exchange Deadlines: The Buyer must submit the return request within 14 days of receiving the product.
