Percentage of commission agent remuneration by product category
On the KOMTEK platform (komtek.uz), we strive to ensure transparency and fairness of all transactions between sellers and buyers. For this purpose, a system of remuneration for commission agents is provided depending on the categories of goods sold on our platform. The percentage of commission agent remuneration is calculated in accordance with the product category and the specifics of the sale.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The percentage of commission agent remuneration is the commission that the commission agent (KOMTEK platform) receives for facilitating the sale of goods posted on the marketplace. The commission is accrued on the total cost of the goods (the cost of the goods excluding delivery and other additional fees).
1.2. Types of commission:
• Commission for sales of goods at a fixed rate.
• Commission for sales of goods with a floating rate, depending on the category of goods.
2. Percentage of commission by product category
Commission percentages for different product categories are set taking into account market conditions, level of competition and type of product. The table below shows approximate percentages of commission for each category.

3. Features of calculating remuneration
3.1. Fixed commission — applies to products for which a fixed commission percentage is set (for example, the category "Computer equipment" — 5%).
3.2. Floating commission — for some product categories, the commission percentage may change depending on the market situation or the specifics of the product (for example, in the categories "Household appliances" or "Phones and smartphones").
3.3. Minimum and maximum commission — for each product category, minimum and maximum commission limits may be set, which will be determined based on current market conditions and price changes.
3.4. Changes in commission percentages — the commission percentage may change at the discretion of the KOMTEK platform administration (komtek.uz), taking into account market conditions. In the event of a change in commission percentages, sellers will be notified in advance.
4. Commission accrual conditions
4.1. The commission amount is calculated based on the results of each transaction and is debited from the amount received by the seller after successful payment for the order.
4.2. The commission fee is calculated on the cost of the goods excluding shipping, taxes and other additional services.
4.3. The commission is calculated monthly based on all sales made by the seller during the reporting period.
4.4. Payments and payment of the commission fee (KOMTEK) are made after the delivery process is completed and the buyer receives the goods, with the exception of returns and cancellations.
5. Exceptions and adjustments
5.1. Products with special conditions - for some products, individual commission conditions may be established, which may differ from the general rates. Sellers will be notified of this if such conditions apply.
5.2. Return of goods - in the event of a return of goods by the buyer, the commission for this transaction will not be charged, and the previously accrued commission is subject to refund.
6. Notes
• All commission fee percentages (KOMTEK) are indicated excluding value added tax (VAT).
• The KOMTEK platform (komtek.uz) reserves the right to revise the remuneration percentages depending on changes in market conditions, the level of competition, and also in order to improve the quality of service for buyers and sellers.
