How to Order from the Website

    Step 1: Go to the homepage     

Open the marketplace website. The homepage will display information about popular products, categories, and promotions. Choose the product category you are interested in or use the search function to find a specific product.    

 Step 2: Choose a product     

1. Use the search bar at the top of the page or select a product from the suggested category.     

2. Click on the product's name or image to go to the product details page.     

3. Review the product's characteristics, price, and customer reviews.     

4. If you are satisfied with the product, click the "Add to Cart" button.     

Step 3: Place your order     

After adding the product to your cart, click the cart icon in the top right corner to proceed to checkout.     

1. Check the contents of your cart: ensure that the selected products are correct.     

2. Click the "Place Order" button to proceed to the next step of the order process.     

3. Enter your contact information, including your delivery address and phone number.     

4. Choose a delivery method. You can choose standard delivery or in-store pickup (if available).

Step 4: Choose a payment method     

1. On the checkout page, select your preferred payment method.     

2. You can pay for your order through payment systems (such as Uzcard, Humo, e-wallets) or choose cash on delivery (if available).     

3. After selecting your payment method, click the "Proceed to Payment" button to complete your order.     

Step 5: Completing the order     

1. After successful payment, a confirmation of your order will appear on the screen.     

2. You will also receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.     

3. Wait for notifications about the delivery status and receipt of the product.     

4. If necessary, you can track your order through your personal account on the platform or via the notification system.
